• Jon Krieger is the Founder & CEO of Cure Companies, a venture development and advisory lab with stakes in five companies spanning digital therapeutics, F&B, robotics, and wellness. With more than 24 years of experience as both an entrepreneur and commercial real estate expert, Jon brings a distinctive perspective to brand creation, market expansion, and the repositioning of retail assets.

• Prior to Cure Companies, Jon founded Flagship, a retail brand incubator that owned and operated five brands with 26 locations, generating over $30M in revenue. Over the course of his career, he has conceived and scaled 10 concepts across 70+ locations nationwide, creating more than $300M in enterprise value. He also co-founded Bluestone Lane, an Australian-style café brand, where he played a key role in strategy and expansion.

• Beyond business, Jon is an active leader in his community, serving as a board member of YPO Metro NY (and past Chapter Chair), founder of YPO Metro Sangha Forum, and co-founder of Sangha.one, a collective focused on consciousness and leadership. As President of the Tenafly Chamber of Commerce, he is dedicated to revitalizing the downtown area of Tenafly, NJ.​

Zvika played a pivotal role at WeWork as the Head of Global Operations where he dedicated nearly eight years during its rapid global growth phase. As a senior member of the operations team and an advisor to the CEO’s office, he contributed to the development of systems, safety protocols, guest experience flows, and global operational standards that facilitated WeWork’s remarkable expansion. His leadership was instrumental in transforming a disruptive vision into a replicable and scalable experience across hundreds of locations worldwide.

• As Owner and CEO of Balmoral Builders, Conrad has over 12 years of experience delivering high-end custom projects across the NYC metro area. His portfolio includes more than 200 completed restaurant, retail, wellness, office, and luxury residential spaces, each blending functionality with design-forward thinking.

• In addition to his work as a builder, Conrad has a strong track record in real estate investment, acquiring, improving, and selling properties throughout the tri-state region. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and approaches every project with strategic insight and a dedication to quality.​

Zvi Moshkoviz is an experienced marketing executive with over 20 years in demand generation, brand positioning, and customer experience innovation. • Eddie is a multidisciplinary creative director with expertise spanning print, web, interior, and video design, from concept to production. His career includes roles as Design Director at ELLE Magazine and Refinery29, as well as founding partner and creative director of SurfYogaBeer. Eddie has also created restaurant concepts including Salud Café, Taco Mahal, Bombay Curry Co., and the vegan ‘MexiZen’ concept SALUD in SoHo, NYC.​

• At Cure Companies, Eddie has shaped the visual identity for projects such as Padel United Sports Club, Spring House Tenafly, and the upcoming Blackwood Club, and Rosto Chicken, blending design vision with a deep understanding of how people connect with spaces and brands.​
