Jon Krieger

Founder & CEO

Jon serves as the Founder & CEO of the Cure Companies, a venture development and advisory lab with stakes in 5 companies in areas that range from digital therapeutics and F&B to robotics and wellness.

Jon serves as the Founder & CEO of the Cure Companies, a development and advisory lab with stakes in 5 companies in areas that range from digital therapeutics and F&B to robotics and wellness.

Prior to Cure Companies, Jon served as the Founder and CEO of Flagship, a retail brand incubator which owned and operated 5 brands with a total of 26 locations and over $25M in revenue prior to the pandemic.

With more than 20 years of experience as both an entrepreneur and commercial real estate expert, Jon brings a highly unique perspective to brand development, tactical roll out strategies, and repositioning of retail assets. Across his career, Jon has conceived and scaled 10 concepts across over 50 locations nationally and created north of $300M in enterprise value.

Prior to Flagship, Jon co-founded Bluestone Lane, an Australian-style cafe and oversaw all aspects of its expansion along with deep involvement in strategy and development.

He currently serves as a strategic partner and advisor to Glosslab and Celcy and is an active board member of the YPO Metro NY chapter where he serves as the Chairman of the chapter.

He is also a founder of the YPO Metro Sangha forum which focuses on consciousness and spirituality amongst business leaders in NYC.

Jon previously served on the board of Operation Backpack and currently mentors undergrad and business school students at his alma mater, American University.

BRANDON HIRSCH

COO

For nearly 25 years, Brandon has been involved in the upper echelon of the hospitality industry in NYC working in concepts ranging from concept driven entertainment venues to celebrity-driven fine dining, boutique hotels to hot-spot nightlife venues, fitness & wellness concepts to elevated cafes, and more.

Throughout his career Brandon has prided himself on being able to create and build strong company cultures within each of the concepts via the people. He strongly believes in leading a team, providing the tools necessary through team member onboarding & training, development, and succession planning in order to achieve operational excellence.

EDDIE LARIOS

Creative Director

Eddie is a results-oriented design professional with a proven track record of progressively responsible experience in the creative industry.

An integrated creative director who can customize any campaign across many different media channels to create a 360 degree experience. With an expertise in print, web, interior and video design from concept to production, including photo shoot art direction, illustration and package design.

Eddie was Design Director at ELLE Magazine and Refinery29 while taking the leap and opening his own vegan restaurant with a 'MexiZen' concept named SALUD. He was also the creator of three restaurant concepts based in New York City: Salud Café, Taco Mahal and Bombay Curry Co. plus is a Founding Partner of the group adventure & fitness travel concept: SurfYogaBeer.

Most recently, Eddie has developed design direction for the relaunch of High Exposure, an adventure center located in Northvale, NJ, rebranding the upcoming Spring House Tenafly plus designed all branding and interiors for the relaunch in of vegan Chinese restaurant concept, Fat Choy.

Director of Strategy & Finance

Mike is an experienced professional in public equities investment, with a specialization in high net worth wealth management.

Successful 15-year career as a public equities investor with Bessemer Trust, a high net worth wealth manager, as an associate portfolio manager and analyst with generalist coverage and concentrated investment experience across several sectors and industries. Owner-operator of Tools & Transformation LLC, a custom carpentry service for residential needs Licensed New Jersey real estate agent MBA, Executive Program, Columbia Business School Board member, The Learning Path Preschool, Chatham, NJ.
